REGISTER FOR 2024 - SUNDAY, 28 JULY

Pre-race day & race day pick up dates & times

Your race bib has your individual race number and timing tag – your race bib must be worn on your chest throughout the event.

Fri 26 July – 12pm to 6pm

You have two options to receive your race bib …

1. postage

You can choose this option during the registration process, or after registering by logging into your dashboard. 

 

Standard postage is available until 5:00pm AEST on 30 June 2023. Express postage is available until 5:00pm AEST on 14 July 2024. 

 

EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE FOR RACE BIBS IS THE WEEK COMMENCING 3 JULY 2024. 

 

The event organiser is not responsible for undelivered or lost race bibs due to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided during registration.

 

Please log in to check that your address is correct and up-to-date.

2. race week

We strongly encourage all participants who do not opt for postage delivery or have registered past the cut-off date to collect their bib from the bib collection point at the Overseas Passenger terminal on one of the following days:

  • Friday 26 July: 12pm – 6pm
  • Saturday 27 July: 9am – 4pm

To pick up your race bib, you must bring a copy of your confirmation number sent after you completed the online registration. If you can’t find your confirmation number please log into your dashboard.

If you are unable to collect your race bib, you can nominate someone to collect it on your behalf. The person you nominate will need to bring a copy of your confirmation number.
