Pre-race day & race day pick up dates & times

Your race bib has your individual race number and timing tag – your race bib must be worn on your chest throughout the event.

Fri 3 December – 8am to 6pm

You have two options to receive your race bib …

1. postage

You can choose this option during the registration process, or after registering by logging into your dashboard

Standard postage is available until 21 November. Express postage is available until 28 November.


The event organiser is not responsible for undelivered or lost race bibs due to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided during registration.

Please log in to check that your address is correct and up-to-date.

2. race week

We strongly encourage all participants who do not opt for postage delivery or have registered past the cut-off date to collect their bib from the bib collection point at the Overseas Passenger terminal on one of the following days:

  • Friday 3 December: 8am – 6pm
  • Saturday 4 December: 9am – 4pm


To pick up your race bib, you must bring a copy of your e-ticket sent after you completed the online registration. If you can’t find your e-ticket, please log into your dashboard.


If you are unable to collect your race bib, you can nominate someone to collect it on your behalf. The person you nominate will need to bring a copy of your e-ticket.
