Event Seeding

For slower runners, joggers or walkers it is important to be in the correct wave and corresponding starting group. There are two waves according to the expected finish time. Select the start wave that reflects a pace (km/min) based on your training and past race experiences. All prams and wheelchairs (except elite racing chairs) must be in the final start group (C Group).

All results will be based on GUN TIME (as per World Athletics rules) although participants will be provided with a NET TIME for reference.

Please note: all changes must be made prior to Thursday, 22 June 2024 if you have selected to have your Race bib posted due to packing requirements.
